Overview:

At ARHAM FRAGRANCE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes, incense sticks, dhoop), we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product has been used.

Eligibility for Return:

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Opened or used perfume bottles, Burnt incense sticks or dhoop, Free gifts and promotional items

Refunds Method:

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India.
